1What PriceCheck Premium is

PriceCheck Premium is a subscription information tool for flipping on the Old School RuneScape Grand Exchange. For each item it shows post-tax margins, ROI, full-buy-limit profit, live volume and buy/sell pressure, a ranked list of what is worth flipping now, and tracked positions against your entry price. Trader is the web dashboard. Trader Pro adds our own RuneLite plugin that overlays live margins, buy limits and target prices onto items in the game client.

It is an information tool and nothing more. It does not buy, sell, hold, or move any in-game items or gold, it never logs into or touches your RuneScape account, and it does not play the game for you. Every trade is placed by you, in the game, yourself.

2Not financial or investment advice

Everything the service shows (prices, margins, ROI, volume, rankings and estimates) comes from our own live price feed and is information only. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or sell any item.

The figures can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Prices move fast, our estimates are estimates, and a margin that looked open a second ago can be gone before your offer fills. Every flip is your own decision and your own risk. We do not promise any profit, and we are not responsible for gold or items you lose acting on what the service shows.

3Eligibility and your account

You sign in with Discord, and your access is tied to your entitlement on that Discord account. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live and to hold a RuneScape account.

One account is for one person. Do not share, sell, lend, or transfer your login or access, and do not let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your Discord login secure. We may suspend or remove access we reasonably believe is shared, resold, or abused. Using PriceCheck Premium does not excuse you from following Discord's and Jagex's own rules.

4Service availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may add, change, pause, or remove features, price data, or whole plans at any time, and the service may be unavailable while we work on it. There is no uptime guarantee and no guaranteed level of speed, accuracy, or availability.

Expect occasional rough edges, gaps in the data, and downtime. We will try to keep it running and accurate, but you should not rely on it being available or correct at any given moment.

5Subscriptions and billing

Some access is free or comped and is granted at our discretion. We can change, limit, or end free or comped access at any time.

Trader and Trader Pro are paid recurring subscriptions, billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices and plan features may change, and we will tell you before a change affects your renewal.

Except where the law where you live requires a refund, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods, downgrades, or time you did not use. A chargeback or a failed payment may end your access.

6Acceptable use

The service is for your own personal flipping. You may not: automatically collect, harvest, crawl, or bulk-download our data or feed; copy, resell, redistribute, republish, or share our prices, margins, rankings, or any other data with anyone else, whether for free or for payment; run bots, scripts, or other automated tools against the service, or send excessive or abusive requests; reverse engineer, decompile, or try to work out how any figure is produced or how the dashboard or RuneLite plugin is built; resell, sublicense, or give others access to the service; or use the service to build, train, or feed a competing product.

Our live price feed and the data we derive from it are the core of the product. Taking them for anything beyond your own flipping is not allowed.

7The RuneLite plugin (Trader Pro)

Trader Pro includes our own RuneLite plugin that overlays live margins, buy limits, and target prices onto items inside the game client. It only displays information. It does not click, trade, place offers, or play for you, and it is not a bot or an automation tool.

You are responsible for using RuneLite and any plugin within Jagex's rules for approved clients. We provide the plugin as part of your subscription; you get no right to copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer it.

8Intellectual property

PriceCheck Premium, including the dashboard, the RuneLite plugin, our live price feed, the rankings and estimates it produces, the design, the logo, and the text, is owned by us or our licensors and stays ours.

Your subscription is a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own flipping while your access is active. It gives you no ownership of anything and no right to copy, redistribute, or resell the data or the software. All rights we do not expressly grant are reserved.

9Non-affiliation with Jagex and Old School RuneScape

PriceCheck Premium is an independent tool made by players, for players. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Jagex Limited.

"RuneScape", "Old School RuneScape", "OSRS", "Grand Exchange", "RuneLite", and related names, marks, and logos belong to their respective owners. We reference them only to describe which game the tool is for. All in-game items, prices, and names remain the property of their owners.

10Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that any price, margin, volume, ranking, or other figure is accurate, current, complete, or suitable for any purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the service, and act on its numbers, at your own risk.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost or devalued gold, lost items, lost data, or missed flips, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we had been warned such losses were possible.

In-game gold and items have no real-world cash value from us, and we do not reimburse them. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, abuse or endanger the service or other users, or if we stop offering the service.

If we end your access without cause while you are on a paid plan, we will refund any prepaid time you have not used. When your access ends, your licence ends: you must stop using the service and delete any of our data or software you still hold. Sections that by their nature should continue, including the acceptable-use restrictions, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, survive termination.

13Changes to these terms

Because the service changes often, we may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the "last updated" date at the top and, where it matters, let you know in the app or on the PriceCheck Discord.

If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, that counts as accepting the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the service and cancel.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PriceCheck.gg’s operator is based, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and you agree the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute, without taking away any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
